How to Apply for a Fee Amendment when cancelling your Vehicle Barge booking
If your booking cancellation incurred a fee, use this form to request a management review for a fee reduction. According to our Terms and Conditions, all bookings are strictly non-refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTE
To cancel your booking and automatically receive a standard credit, log into your Online Account. Select your booking and click Cancel Booking. The system will calculate and issue your credit based on your booking terms.
Only use the form below if you are seeking a higher credit amount outside of the standard terms and conditions.
STEPS TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
- Cancel your booking first. You must cancel your booking online before submitting this form. Uncancelled bookings cannot be reviewed.
- Submit one form. Complete the online form below once per booking. Multiple submissions for the exact same booking will delay your processing time.
CRITICAL INFORMATION
- Credit card fees: These fees are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances.
- Compassionate grounds: Management evaluates compassionate requests individually. Please fill out the form below to initiate this review.
- Processing time: Assessment takes up to 7 to 10 business days.
