Amity Trader is a highly experienced Brisbane-based barge and ferry operator with enormous capabilities and resources. We run commercial and private barge and ferry charters in the rivers, bays and islands around Brisbane, and as far as the Gold Coast.

All barges and ferries are available for charter and are ideally suited to marine logistics in the shallow waters of our SEQ coastline and tidal waterways.

Our fleet of landing barges and fast ferries are skippered by skilled marine operators, who are experienced at landing on islands, riverbanks and difficult terrain, with a minimum of environmental disturbance.

House relocation has become a much-requested service in recent times in the Bay Islands region, with the largest vessel in our fleet, Sirenia having 421+ removals to her credit.

Our passenger ferries (Rocket II and Rocket III) are skippered by experienced marine operators and have a capacity of up to 100 passengers

Charter Rate:

$450.00 + GST per hour / 6 hour minimum (includes crew & fuel in Moreton Bay, Brisbane River and Gold Coast areas)

One of the services we offer is relocating houses to around the Southern Bay Islands. We work with various house relocation businesses who arrange the move from site to site.

The size capacity is 22m (L) x 7.6m (W) with a loading ramp width of 4m.
